It is suitable for people who are entering management, or who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example, providing leadership for your team, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work.
This course, as are all NVQs, is assessor based; meaning your work is marked against The National Occupational Standards. These standards define the competencies, knowledge and understanding needed in a given occupation, and identifies outcomes that can be assessed by your assigned assessor.
