Learners can choose from a bank of optional units which show their ability to negotiate, supervise, manage and contribute to the running of an office. This course, as are all NVQs, is assessor based; meaning your work is marked against The National Occupational Standards.
These standards define the competencies, knowledge and understanding needed in a given occupation, and identifies outcomes that can be assessed by your assigned assessor.
